Zahraa El-Waadi is a joint stock company that started with an idea to invest in a western desert to grow life out of harsh conditions. With commitment and dedication, we managed to construct a fertile land in the desert into sustainable agriculture and nourishment. Our goal in Zahraa El-Waadi is to cattle breed by generations and produce high quality fruits and vegetables. You can have confidence that Zahraa El-Waadi will deliver safe, pure, high quality product.

Our Cattle

Cows

Holstein-friesian cows are a breed of dairy cattle known for their main characteristics of black and white spotted marks and their ability to produce an average of 25 liter of milk per day. Though Holstein-friesian cows are more of a dairy breed cow, they can also supply meat when provided with the needed nutrition. Sheep

Rahmani, Osseimi and Barki are the three main breeds of sheep in Egypt. In Zahraa-AlWaadi farm, Osseimi and Barki breed are raised alongside cattles. The total number of sheep in Egypt is currently 5.69 million heads which exceeds the cattle numbers. Alfalfa-grass hay cultivated and grown in Zahraa-AlWaadi is fed to the pregnant, lactating and growing sheep to keep them healthy and in good shape.
